Who May Attend?

If you are 18 or older and a resident of California, there is something in this schedule for you. If you are less than 18 and a high school graduate, married or in the military and a resident of California, you also may attend. Every person under no legal restriction may establish residence; restrictions apply to some visas. If in doubt concerning your residency status, ask to speak to a counselor.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations prohibit individuals in the United States on B-1 or B-2 (visitor) visas, or with a border crossing card, from attending our classes. Students in these situations may NOT enroll. If you have a question concerning your visa status, please see a counselor.
